Free UK Delivery
Subject to the following exceptions, TaylorMade Racing UK offer free UK delivery on orders with a total value of over £25.00.
Free UK delivery does not apply on:
- Deliveries to any offshore isle, Northern Ireland or the Highlands.
- Oversize items with an actual or dimensional weight in excess of 30kg.
- Select products on the TaylorMade Racing UK site which, although over £25.00, are subject to small delivery charges. Such shipping charges will be clearly displayed in the applicable product descriptions.
All Items are delivered via a courier service of our choice. The majority of deliveries will need to be signed for. When placing an order there will be an option to choose a different delivery address from your billing address, if preferred.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 10 working days, we will be in contact with you shortly after the order has been placed and acknowledged.
You can usually expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days, if the product is in stock. When products are not in stock, products will arrive by Special Order, which can take up to 28 days. We will contact you if there is any further delay with your order. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us to let us know.
International orders are not subject to free delivery and international postage rates will apply. Please contact us for further details on international delivery charges.
International deliveries will be sent via DPD or ParcelForce Global Priority, depending on the destination country. Fees will vary according to destination and we will always endeavour to use the least expensive courier service.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you may contact us via email, telephone or by post.
Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be happy with the products you have purchased from TaylorMade Racing UK. However, if you wish to return goods you have purchased, please notify us immediately and then return items to us within 7 days. The goods must be unused, undamaged and unfitted. You must include your order number, the reason for return and any original packaging. Packaging must also be intact and in good condition.
You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning goods back to us. When returning goods via Royal Mail, we recommend that you use Recorded delivery.
On receiving the returned products, and being satisfied that they are in good condition, we will refund the original order in full. Any postage costs paid by you for the original delivery of the products will not be refunded.
In the event that you return for refund a product which was originally ordered subject to an offer (e.g. buy Item (a) and receive Item (b) free/half price), both items must be returned. Please note that due to the nature of the goods, we cannot accept electrical items back once dispatched.
We will happily exchange products for different sizes, colours or products, although any difference in price between the products must be paid by you.
To exchange via Royal Mail, post the goods back to us via Recorded delivery (you will be liable for the cost of this service). Please notify us in advance of your wish to exchange the goods. Please enclose a note to inform us of what product/ size/ colour you would like to exchange the goods for. The cost of sending any replacement items to you will be paid by us, provided the delivery address is classed as UK mainland with DPD. If the address is not classed as UK mainland with DPD, you will need to pay an additional delivery charge for dispatching the replacement items.
To exchange in person, you may bring the goods into the Two Wheel Centre store and pick up the replacement items directly from us. Please contact us before you travel to our store, to check that the desired replacement items are available for collection. Please bear in mind our opening hours (these are listed on the Two Wheel Centre website).
In the event that you wish to exchange a product that was the subject of an offer (for instance, buy Item (a) and get Item (b) free/half price) and the same promotion does not apply to the replacement product, both of the original products must be returned.
We will never surcharge you for an exchange, provided that the items are unused, unfitted, undamaged, and in the original intact packaging. We reserve the right to apply surcharges or refuse refunds, should items be returned without original packaging or in less than a new condition. Please avoid sticking labels onto the products or product packaging directly, as this could result in your refund / exchange being refused.
If you would like to exchange a product, you may use our courier's Swap-It service to do so. We will arrange for our courier, DPD, to collect the original product(s) and deliver the new product(s) at the same time. This will be arranged at a date, time and address that suits you. There is a subsidised charge of £10.00 for this service (UK mainland addresses only).
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
In the unlikely event that we have dispatched an order incorrectly, we will exchange the incorrect goods for the correct goods upon the return of the incorrect goods to us. All postage costs will be paid by us in this situation.
If your parcel arrives with any damage to the goods or to the packaging, please report it to us immediately. You should also report any damaged parcels to the courier at the time of receipt. We are unable to issue a refund for any damaged goods, or delivery charges for those goods, if both of these procedures have not been followed.
If any goods are returned to us due to failed delivery, there may be an additional shipping charge incurred in order to re-attempt delivery.
